Lenticular Filter Housings

Lenticular filter housings are most common in the food and beverage industry where their low cost and ease of use make them a popular alternative to traditional sheet filter presses. The completely enclosed bell allows for good sanitary process design and ease of use.

Vytal’s lenticular filter housings are constructed of 316L stainless steel, and are available for both 12” and 16” diameter filter modules. We offer housings in 1, 2, 3, and 4-high options. With all vessels, the centre post can be replaced allowing for fewer modules to be used, giving users operational flexibility.

With the food and beverage industry in mind, these vessels are polished to a mirror finish for easy cleaning and have 1.5” tri-clamp, inlet, outlet, complete with gauge ports. Vent and drain are ½” tri-clamp. Most vessels include a pressure gauge and two butterfly valves.
